How does the Cirkul water bottle system work?

Cirkul uses a unique lid and flavor cartridge system called Sips. As you drink, water flows from the bottle through the Sip, where it mixes with flavor. You can adjust the flavor intensity using the built-in dial.

Are there any sugars or calories in the flavor cartridges?

Most of our flavor Sips are zero-calorie, sugar-free, and contain no artificial colors. We offer various lines, including FitSip with electrolytes and LifeSip with B-vitamins, to suit your dietary preferences.

How long does a single flavor cartridge (Sip) last?

On average, one Sip cartridge will last for approximately six 20-ounce bottle fill-ups when set to a medium flavor intensity (dial setting 3-5).

What is your shipping policy for monthly subscriptions?

We offer flexible subscription plans that ship directly to your door every 30 days. Shipping is free on all orders over a certain threshold, and you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

Can I return my Cirkul bottle if I am not satisfied?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on our starter kits. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact our support team to initiate a return. Please note that individual flavor Sips are non-returnable for food safety reasons.

Are Cirkul bottles and Sips BPA-free?

Yes, all Cirkul bottles and flavor cartridges are made from high-quality, BPA-free materials to ensure a safe and clean drinking experience.
