Due to the consumable nature of our flavor cartridges and hydration products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact our support team within 30 days of purchase for a resolution.

If eligible, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.
- 4.Processing & Refund
